Repeat Prescriptions

You are able to re-order your repeat prescriptions using the following methods:-

1.  Telephone the repeat prescription line on 0141 942 7540 - remember to advise which Chemist or for collection

2.  Hand your request to the Receptionist

3.  Post your request to the Practice.  If you wish your prescription posted back to you, please provide a supply of

         stamped addressed envelopes

4.  Tick which medication you require by using the "Right hand side" of your prescription and post the slip in the red

         pillar box in the Reception Hallway

Please allow two working days for your prescription to be processed
